High-Performance Fuel Injectors: Flow Rates from 550CC to 1700CC

What high-flow injectors do, how flow ratings and impedance work, and what performance shops should confirm before ordering.

High Performance Injector Guide Cover

Why Flow Rate Matters

High-performance fuel injectors are designed for modified engines that require greater fuel flow to support increased power output. Upgrading from a standard injector to a high-flow unit - for example from 550CC up to 650CC, 1000CC or 1300CC - lets the fuel system keep up with bigger turbos, higher boost and racing fuel demands.

Connector and Impedance Basics

Performance injectors come in common styles such as EV1, EV6 and EV14, with connectors including USCAR, Jetronic, Sumitomo and MULTEC. Impedance matters too: most high-flow injectors are around 12 ohms (high-impedance), while some racing setups run low-impedance around 2.3 ohms - check your ECU driver type before ordering.

What to Confirm Before You Order

Confirm the flow rating your build needs, the connector style, the top and bottom O-ring size (14.8MM is the most common), and whether you need matching driver boxes for low-impedance injectors. Every injector we ship is tested before delivery,. We can also mark your own brand on the parts.

Start with a Sample

We supply high-performance injectors from 550CC to 1700CC. Sample orders are welcome - test our flow consistency on your bench before you commit to volume, and we will refund the sample cost when you place the bulk order. Send us your target flow rate and connector type to get started.
